We have bath and hand towels for you, so after your workout you can shower and relax in our infrared sauna!
You don’t need to register for any of our Group Fitness and/or Spin Classes. Please come in 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time, so the Instructor will be able to meet you, and answer any questions you may have.

Your schedule is busy enough and there’s no reason to wait for equipment. We offer fitness classes from the early morning to the late evening, and our variety of cardio, strength training circuits, and free weights will keep you moving.

As a leading, upscale fitness club, our focus is to make you feel at home. Cleanliness is a top priority and we have a dedicated staff that works day and night so you feel comfortable.
We have a wide variety of group fitness classes included with every membership. We offer Yoga, Boot Camp, X-FIT, Zumba, Barre, Total Body, and Indoor Cycling. Our Instructors are dedicated professionals, with many years of teaching experience. You’ll have full access to state-of-the-art cardio equipment, strength training circuits, and free weights, as well as luxurious locker rooms with infrared saunas, juice bar, and a fireplace. Nutritional, Chiropractic, Personal Training, Massage, Physical Therapy are additional services that are conveniently located within our facility.
Can I put my membership on hold?
You may place your annual, or month-to-month membership on hold for a minimum of 1 month, maximum of 3 months, for $10 per month.
Can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your month-to-month membership with a 30-day notice. If you have annual membership, and monthly, you may cancel one year from purchase date, with a 30-day notice.
Do I receive any guest passes?
You receive 3 guest passes with your month-to-month, and annual membership!
If you don’t have a guest pass, your guest will receive a 50% discount on their pass when they come in with you.
I have a billing change, what do I do?
Please notify us if your billing information needs to be updated.
Do I recieve an 'orientation' to the workout area?
You will receive a one hour complimentary Personal Training Session, as well as a Nutritional “Meet & Greet” when you join.
The Personal Training Session will provide you with the opportunity to discuss your goals with one of our Certified Personal Trainers, and go through a personalized workout. Please wear comfortable clothing, and athletic shoes.
The Nutritional “Meet & Greet” is a 20 minute complimentary conversation between you and our Nutritional Specialist, Pat Murray.
