Pat’s approach has given his Clients consistent success, along with tangible steps for long term success. Once the physical weight is dropped, there is emotional weight, and that needs to be addressed for sustainable results. Pat has an extremely positive, systematic approach to turn around past failures that his Clients have experienced.

As an example, Pat will work with you to understand how your current beliefs affect the good and bad choices you make. Your choices can definitely be modified to give you the results you have long desired.
