I grew up in Vermont with a strong passion for sports and competition. I was a three sport athlete while attending high school at Middlebury, playing football, basketball, and lacrosse. I took a postgraduate year at Gould Academy focusing on lacrosse, which allowed me to focus and train with a distinct goal in mind. Through hard work, attention to detail, and trial and error, I developed a training regimen that emphasized my strengths in the sport and focused on improving upon weaknesses. Results became apparent on the field that spring as I scored a team and state high of 88 goals and 138 points that season. I had the privilege and opportunity to play Division 1 Lacrosse at Bellarmine University, playing all 4 years. After my collegiate season was over, I became more interested and involved with fitness and training athletes. I interned and then ran the Strength and Conditioning Program at The Hill School in Pottstown, PA working with a variety of athletes and sports teams. I have also coached several high school teams, which has only reinforced my love of helping athletes achieve their best. I recently have found a new passion in golf, not only playing but training as well. I have taken the time to really work on my game on and off the course, pushing myself to constantly improve. I’m excited for the challenges and the rewards of accomplishing the goals I set, and am excited to see where the future takes me.

I am a true believer of “you get out what you put in”. My aim is to help my clients develop a plan that is specific, tailored, and achievable to accomplish goals, both short term and long term. By developing a well-rounded plan and exploring motivation, my clients will be able fuel their workouts each time they enter the gym, knowing they are taking the proper steps towards achieving their dreams. I’m not afraid of failure, because without it we wouldn’t know success. Achievement starts with a desire and commitment to change a lifestyle and shift focus to health and well being.
