The best way to dramatically improve your fitness is by making small, incremental changes in your diet and/or exercise routine. Drastic changes are usually not sustainable or achievable and can lead to injury or ill health. Personal training is about teaching, motivating, coaching and mentoring. I use these skills to help clients exercise safely, productively and efficiently to achieve their fitness objectives.
I became a certified personal trainer in December, 2004, after working for 35 years in corporate America and also as a small business owner. I am passionate about personal training!
I’m married, a father, grandfather and have lived in Williston for more than 30 years. I love to garden, fish, listen to audio books and read novels.
